The Freight Train is an elite lacrosse club based in Wellesley, MA, dedicated to providing top-level competition and unmatched individual attention to players in today’s club lacrosse world.

Our program thrives on a strong sense of community, where players, parents, and coaches form a close-knit family centered around lacrosse. The Freight Train staff is composed of former professional players and college All-Americans. More importantly, these coaches are consistent, reliable, and build meaningful relationships, knowing each player personally and greeting them by name every time they hit the field. The coaches set high standards and hold players accountable regularly. The club emphasizes character development and team-building through events 2–3 times per year that go beyond the sport.

The Freight Train teams have a proven track record of success, including college commitments to top D-1 programs. We play to win, while coaching to build our players’ self-confidence, enjoyment, and passion for the game.
